Old Spaghetti Factory proudly serves their famous three-course entrée for a more maximized value for their patrons. This success continues until today and they attribute it to their remarkable devotion to customer value. Just a year later after its opening, OSF had to open two more locations to meet the demands of the ever growing number of patrons. To their surprise, in just a week time after its first opening more and more people came to their restaurant wanting more of their succulent pasta dishes. Many of the Dussin’s relatives and friends thought the couple’s business wouldn’t make it. Their initial operation was targeted the few people who wandered around the area during nighttime. Their first location was just an old warehouse in a run-down part of Oregon. Guss Dussin and her wife Sally Dussin founded the first Old Spaghetti Factory in Portland, Oregon in 1969.
